EXISTING AND PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: <br />IV REQUIRED MINIMUM DESIGN STANDARDS <br />IV -B -3 Streets <br />IV- B -3 -d -2 A private road shall be required to meet <br />standards set by Orange County. Satisfactory <br />.proof that the standards are met will be required <br />by the County Manager or his appointed agents. <br />If a subdivision is to contain private roads, the <br />subdivider shall guarantee (a) a right of access <br />to any private road in the subdivision by all <br />lots served by the road; Lbj right of access for <br />the iproposed Rrivate road to a State- or <br />municipally-maintained road by-way-of-direct <br />access or other Private roads • and.� ( c ) <br />perpetual maintenance of any private road ija- <br />servingthe subdivision at the standards set for <br />approval. See Section III -E -5 -k for additional <br />requirements. <br />V SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLAT DRAWINGS <br />V -D Final Plat <br />V -D -6 Certificates and Endorsements to-ARRear on Final <br />Plat <br />V -D -6 -b Certificates of Dedication and Maintenance <br />(2) Where a Final Plat shows a private road <br />thereon, an instrument shall be recorded <br />contemporaneously with the recordation of <br />this approved Final Plat which guarantees <br />(a) right of access to any private road in <br />the subdivision by all lots served by the <br />road; b right of access for the Rroposed <br />rivate road to a State- or munici all - <br />maintained road b -wa =.of direct access or <br />other Private roads; and 4.b4. (c) maintenance <br />for any private road 4-f?- serving the <br />subdivision at the standards set for <br />approval. These guarantees of right of <br />access and maintenance of the subdivision <br />roads shall run with the land.
