Appeal_ Procedures <br />The decision of the Planning De artment <br />regarding a Final Plat applicaton may be appealed <br />to the Board of Commissioners. A written request <br />for the—aRpeal must be submitted to the Plannin <br />and Ins ections De artment within thirty 30 da s <br />after the decision on the Final Plat is made. If <br />appealed, the Final Plat shall be placed on the <br />next regular meeting agenda of the Bee- <br />-GeffiffilsSleae6a,-Plannina Board for a recommendation. <br />The Plannin Board's recommendation on the a Deal <br />will be presented to the Board of Commissioners at <br />the next available meeting.
