164 4 <br />0 <br />EXISTING AND PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: <br />III. APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES <br />III -C. ARRroval Procedures for Minor Subdivisions <br />III -C -5. A eat Procedures <br />The decision of the Planning Department regarding a <br />minor subdivision application may be appealed to the <br />Planning Board. A written request for the a heal must <br />be-submitted-to the Planning and Ins ections Depart- <br />ment within thirty 30 da s after the decision on <br />the minor subdivision is made. If appealed, the <br />application shall be placed on the next regular <br />meeting agenda of the Planning Board. The Planning <br />Board shall have final approval authority, and, where <br />applicable, all Final Plats shall contain information <br />and /or conditions approved by the Planning Board. <br />III -D. ARproval Procedures for Ma or Subdivisions <br />III -D -1. Conte t Plan ARRroval <br />III- D -1 -e. Appeal Procedures <br />The decision of the Planning Board regarding a <br />Concept Plan may be appealed to the Board of <br />Commissioners. A written reauest for the aR2eal <br />must be submitted to the Plannin and Inspections <br />De artment within thirt y (30L-days following the <br />Plannin Board's decision on the Concept Plan. <br />If appealed, the Concept Plan shall be placed on <br />the next regular meeting agenda of the Board of <br />Commissioners.
