Prior to the September 5 <br />amendment, four lots could be created from a lot -of- <br />record. <br />Revision to the definition of "subdivision, minor in <br />Section II of the Subdivision Regulations was overlooked <br />at that time. The proposed amendment will provide <br />consistency between Section II (Definitions) and Section <br />III -B (Classification of Subdivisions). <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that the proposed <br />amendment be referred to the Planning Board for <br />recommendation. <br />• <br />
