127 <br />It is apparent that the project needs much work before final <br />approval is given. However I have no problem with the general <br />concept of this project as outlined in these plans. The problems <br />that I have outlined above involve adjustments to the engineering <br />design of the project. The plans that have been submitted to this <br />date reflect a minimum of engineering design, other than basic <br />schematic layout. At the appropriate point in the review phases <br />for this project, the problems outlined above will warrant <br />additional and more intensive study of the final engineering <br />design.
