It is known as part of <br />lot 13, Block B of Tax Map 49 in Hillsborough <br />Township, and part of lots 29G and 16 of Tax Map 2 in <br />Chapel Hill Township. The present zoning of the <br />property is R -1 (Rural Residential). The proposed <br />zoning is PD- MHP -R1 (Planned Development Mobile Home <br />Park). <br />The applicant is proposing to extend Hillsborough <br />water and sewer from Woodsedge Mobile Home Park to <br />serve the proposed park. The property is located in a <br />Rural Residential area as designated in the Land Use <br />Element of the Comprehensive Plan. That designation <br />permits single family residential housing. For <br />development of the mobile home park to proceed certain <br />development standards must be met and a Special Use <br />Permit obtained. <br />Letters have been submitted from the Orange County <br />Sheriff's Department and the Orange County Emergency <br />Management Division of Emergency Medical Services. <br />
