The property is specifically described as <br />Lot 13, Block B, of Tax Map 49 in Hillsborough <br />Township, and part of Lots 29G and 16 of Tax Map 2 in <br />Chapel Hill Township. <br />The existing park contains 57 mobile home spaces. The <br />proposal is to remove four (4) mobile home spaces from <br />the existing park, add a residence for the park <br />manager, and relocate the required 25 acres of open <br />space from the west side of the existing park to the <br />south side of the park. By relocating the open space, <br />the property west of the park would be unencumbered. <br />In a separate application, the applicant is proposing <br />a new mobile home park, "The Woods ", on the property <br />west of the park. <br />The proposed modification does not alter the existing <br />in <br />development or function of the park. By g <br />the open space, removing four mobile homes and adding <br />a residence for the park manager, there will be three <br />fewer dwelling units on the property. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br />
