The <br />2 -1 -88 Planning Department will review the study as <br />part of the development review process. <br />Recommendations will be incorporated into the <br />approval process as indicated below. <br />A) Time of Submission - The sketch plan should be <br />sufficiently detailed to allow the Planning <br />Department to assess the need for a traffic <br />impact study. The traffic impact study shall <br />be submitted to the Planning Department with <br />And as part of, the preliminary plan <br />application for subdivision approval. <br />B) Implementation - The Planning Department and <br />such other agencies or officials as may appear <br />appropriate in the circumstances of the case <br />shall review the impact study to analyze its <br />adequacy in solving any traffic problems that <br />will occur due to the subdivision. The <br />Planning Department and Planning Board may <br />recommend and the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners may decide that certain <br />improvements on or adjacent to the site are <br />mandatory for plan approval and may attach <br />these conditions to the approval.
