The following general guidelines should be used in the County's review <br />of future development plans as related to the need for additional roadway <br />infrastructure. <br />Implementation Guidelines <br />Spacing: Based on existing development and land use, current spacing is adequate. If <br />more than an additional 100 dwelling units are anticipated within one of the <br />superblocks described above, or in any area with greater than two miles between <br />arterial, collector, or major local roads, consideration should be given to the <br />construction of new public roads or the extension of existing major local roads to <br />further divide the block. <br />18 <br />
