h - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the payment by Lessor to <br />Vendor of the sum of $89,512.00 _, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, <br />1. Vendor assigns to Lessor its right to sell to Lessee <br />the equipment, which is described in Exhibit A (Schedule of <br />Equipment) of the Supplementary Schedule of the Master Lease <br />Agreement dated August 2, 1990 between Lessor and Lessee, and <br />transfers title to that equipment to Lessor free and clear of any <br />liens, claims, and other encumbrances. <br />2. Lessor accepts the assignment and transfer of title <br />from Vendor. <br />3. Vendor agrees that all warranties made in that certain <br />Equipment Purchase Agreement and or.invoice between Vendor and <br />Lessee dated 48/2/ are assigned to Lessor.
