Adopting proposed road network in northeastern quadrant <br />of Hillsborough Plan will place undue hardships on <br />property owners. Proposed roads being shown across <br />their property will result in lowered values and make it <br />more difficult to sell property. <br />2. The need for Northside Drive and Lawrence Road extension <br />were questioned. <br />3. Elizabeth Brady Road extension should be located further <br />to the west for maximum efficiency. <br />
