Rocky Ridge Road straddles three thoroughfare plans in <br />Bingham Township, and is shown as unclassified on the <br />proposed Thoroughfare Plan. However, it has recently <br />been upgraded and paved. It is also becoming widely -used <br />as a means of accessing I -40 at New Hope Church Road, <br />and has seen rapid increase in traffic according to <br />residents. TAC recommends that Rocky Ridge Road be <br />studied and upgraded, and that coordination between <br />Hillsborough, DCHC and County Thoroughfare Plan be <br />pursued. <br />2. The TAC expressed some concern over the Hillsborough <br />Thoroughfare Plan's proposed extension of Tree Farm <br />Road, questioning the necessity and purpose of such a <br />proposal. <br />3. The TAC would like to endorse standardization and <br />consistency between the many plans within the County <br />feeling that this will be necessary to be comprehensive <br />in our approach. <br />4. The TAC requests that the proposed Phase II of the plan <br />be carried out, and that Phase should include the <br />
