PLANNING BOAR <br />APRIL 5,199 <br />PAGE <br />Bell reviewed the impacts of an Eastern Bypass and noted DOT <br />the Western <br />felt they could be worked around. He reviewed <br />Bypass, out possible Upper Eno Watershed impacts, <br />pointing <br />and expressed concerns about the Efland area and the effect <br />of the widening of I -85 to eight lanes.
