A brief description of other major existing and <br />proposed land developments within the study area shall be provided. <br />The general site description shall also include probable socio- economic <br />characteristics of potential site users to the extent that they may <br />affect the transportation needs of the site (i.e., number of senior <br />citizens). <br />b. Transt)ortatign Facilities Description <br />The description shall contain a full documentation of the proposed <br />internal and existing external transportation system.
