If an exemption is <br />granted, documentation of the exemption will be submitted as part of the <br />staff recommendation. <br />Orange County may require any zoning change, special use permit, or site. <br />plan application to be accompanied by a traffic impact study when a road <br />capacity or safety issue exists.
