2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />- Subsection e. Analysis of Trans ortation Im act - <br />Increased traffic from other projects expected to <br />use a road, or roads, at the time the proposed <br />development requiring the traffic impact study is <br />completed. <br />- Subsection f. Conclusions and Recommended <br />Improvements - Levels of service to be determined <br />for all roads serving 10 percent or more peak hour <br />project traffic. Levels of service below D in <br />urban areas and C in rural areas shall be <br />considered deficient. <br />Amend ARTICLE 13 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE ENTITLED <br />TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY by: <br />a. Specifying that the traffic impact study is a part <br />of the rezoning, special use permit, or site plan <br />application, and identifying additional areas where <br />improvements may be required in Section 13.5 <br />Submission and Implementation. <br />b. Adding Table 13.1 T ical Thresholds for Re uired <br />Preparation of a Traffic Impact Study. <br />Amend SECTION IV- -B -3 -b of the SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />ENTITLED STREETS to require all subdivisions having <br />private streets to have at least one street which <br />intersects or joins an extension of a public, state, or <br />municipal maintained street. <br />Amend SECTION IV- B -3 -d -1 OF THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />ENTITLED ROADS by: <br />a. Specifying that redesign of a proposed subdivision <br />road system may be required if design, as opposed to <br />density (generally two dwelling units per one -tenth <br />mile), is the reason it would not be accepted for <br />State maintenance in Section IV- B- 3- d -1.1. <br />b. Adding Section IV- B- 3 -d -1.5 which specifies that a <br />proposed road be public if it will likely be <br />extended to other parcels or provide the orderly <br />extension of a developing road. <br />c. Clarifying in Section IV- B- 3 -d -l.a that the <br />provision of lot sizes greater than ordinance <br />requirements would be an average size of five acres. <br />d. Adding Section IV- B- 3 -d -1.5 under private road <br />justification to include mitigation of impacts <br />on environmental features as a further design <br />feature under which a private road may be allowed <br />and specifying that restrictive covenants preventing <br />
