' 15 <br />Greg and Angie Owens <br />107 Cheswick Court <br />Carrboro, NC, 27510 <br />March 5, 1990 <br />Dear Orange.County Commissioners, <br />Attention: Kermit Lloyd, <br />My husband and I are residents of Carrboro, NC, as of August 1989. <br />When finding out about our property taxes for this past year I was in- <br />formed(from someone at the tax office) that the fee which I paid covered <br />all taxes, cars as well. Being that these taxes are new to me, and I'm <br />trying to be a law abiding citizen, I feel it is unjust my husband <br />and I be charged with a two hundred dollor penalty.
