This report cited a <br />number of goals to be phased in during 1990 -91. The <br />Board by consensus asked the Manager to submit a list <br />of recommendations that may be pursued during 1990 -91. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager provides the following list of <br />recommendations: <br />I. Sexual preference as a category of anti - <br />discriminatory protection in the Orange County <br />Government ordinance will be considered as a part <br />of a general review and recommended revision of <br />the Orange County Personnel Ordinance during <br />1990 -91. <br />
