The County has fulfilled the stated conditions required <br />for the grant to become final, and a grant agreement and funding <br />approval was executed on April 30, 1990. <br />The proposed grant project ordinance will authorize the undertaking of <br />the Culbreth Park Affordable Housing Project, will budget grant <br />revenues to finance the project, and will make appropriations of <br />$2,250,000 to complete the project. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the proposed grant project ordinance. <br />
