The <br />amendment was further revised after Developmentt (HCD),Oandgpresented <br />Department of Hpusing and <br />for public hearing on February 27, 1990. <br />The proposal has been revised to better address and clarify the <br />following issues and questions raised at the February 27 public <br />hearing. <br />1.
