7 ""R --. <br />0 <br />The proposal was first presented for public <br />hearing August 28, 1989. The initial proposal was <br />revised based on comments received, and was again <br />presented for public hearing on February 26, 1990. <br />Comments at the public hearing focused on how the <br />provisions would be administered, and are discussed in <br />the "Proposed Amendment" attached. <br />The Planning Board recommended approval on April 10, <br />1990 contingent on further clarification of qualifying <br />income. Income qualifications have been more clearly <br />specified, with input from the Director of HCD, and <br />are discussed in the proposed amendment attached. <br />RECOMONDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br />amendment. <br />
