AMENDED <br />RESOLUTION <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Date May 15, 1990 <br />Name of Subdivision Durham Estates Subdivision (Amendment) <br />Owner /Applicant W. T. Durham <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an amendment to the <br />Preliminary Plat of Durham Estates Subdivision (annroved on February 1 <br />91 90) containing 6 lots, subject to the fulfillment of requirements <br />specified herein. <br />A. Roads <br />1. British Lane shall be constructed to Class B private road <br />standards. <br />OR <br />A letter of credit, escrow agreement, or bond shall be <br />submitted to secure for future improvement /construction of <br />British Lane to the standards specified above. An estimate <br />of the construction cost must be prepared by a <br />certified /licensed engineer or grading contractor and <br />submitted to the Planning Department. The financial <br />guarantee must reflect 110% of that estimate and be issued by <br />an accredited financial institution. <br />2. The private road shall be contained within the right -of -way <br />indicated on the final plat. <br />3. A private Road Maintenance Agreement shall be approved by the <br />County Attorney and recorded with the final plat. <br />B. Land Use Buffers and Landscaping <br />1. Landscaping shall'be installed or preserved as indicated on <br />the preliminary plan dated October 30, 1989, and must be <br />inspected and approved by the Planning and Inspections <br />Department. <br />2. Provisions for protection of existing trees as shown on the <br />approved landscape plan shall be included in a document <br />describing development restrictions and requirements to be <br />
