Collins responded that <br />the Health Department has indicated that a <br />failing field will rejuvenate itself over <br />time. If a field fails and use is made of <br />the secondary or repair field, it could be <br />just a temporary measure while the failing <br />field rejuvenates itself. <br />(3) Definitions <br />(a) Article 22 Efficiency Apartment <br />Presentation by Mary Scearbo. <br />(A copy of the abstract information an <br />attachment to these minutes on page .) <br />Best expressed concern with the possibility <br />of more than one efficiency apartment on the <br />same property. Scearbo responded that this <br />could be better clarified prior to the <br />advertisement for public hearing. <br />
