Plat. <br />The Planning Department shall complete its review of the <br />Concept Plan within fourteen (14) days of submission by the <br />applicant. One (1) copy of the Concept Plan shall be <br />retained by the Planning Department, and one (1) copy shall <br />be returned to the subdivider or his /her authorized agent. <br />ORDINANCE REVIEW SUBCOMMITTEE: The Ordinance Review Committee <br />recommends approval of the proposed amendment. <br />PLANNING BOARD REVIEW: <br />BOCC REVIEW: <br />
