50 <br />EXISTING AND PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: <br />III. APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES <br />III -C. A roval Procedures for Minor Subdivisions <br />III -C -5. Anneal Procedures <br />The decision of the Planning Department regarding a <br />minor subdivision . application may be appealed to the <br />Planning Board. A written re guest for the anneal must <br />be submitted to the Plannina and Ins ections De art - <br />ment within thirty 30 days after the decision on <br />the minor subdivision is made. If appealed, the <br />application shall be placed on the next regular <br />meeting agenda of the Planning Board. The Planning <br />Board shall have final approval authority, and, where <br />applicable, all Final Plats shall contain information <br />and /or conditions approved by the Planning Board. <br />III -D. Ap roval Procedures for Major Subdivisions <br />III -D -1. Concept Plan Approval. <br />-- III- D -1 -e. Appeal Procedures <br />The decision of the Planning Board regarding a <br />Concept Plan may be appealed to the Board of <br />Commissioners. A written request for the anneal <br />must be submitted to the Plannina and Inspections <br />De artment within thirty 30 days following the <br />Planning Board's decision on the Concept Plan. <br />If appealed, the Concept Plan shall be placed on- <br />the next regular meeting agenda of the Board of <br />Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners shall <br />have final approval authority, and, where <br />applicable, all Concept Plans shall contain <br />information and /or conditions approved by the <br />
