44 <br />SECTION IV -B -8 LANDSCAPING AND BUFFER REQUIREMENTS <br />IV- B -8 -e -3 Schedule of Re uired Land Use Buffers <br />in addition to the Land Use Buffers specified in the <br />following schedule, buffers shall also be required on <br />subdivisions proposed adjacent to areas of cultural, <br />historic, or natural significance as listed in "An <br />Inventory of Sites of Cultural, Historic, Recreational, <br />Biological, and Geological Significance in the <br />Unincorporated Portions of Orange County" or " Inventory <br />of the Natural Areas and Wildlife Habitats of Orange <br />County, North Carolina ". The type of buffer required in <br />those cases shall be determined by the Planning Director <br />based on individual site evaluations. <br />
