3 6 <br />6.25.7 <br />Water Supply /Sewage Disposal Facilities Re uired <br />(University Lake Watershed (ULW) District] <br />Every principal use a <br />subdivision shall be <br />sewage disposal syste <br />accommodate the needs <br />lot and that complies <br />regulations of the Orange <br />nd every <br />served by <br />m that is <br />of such <br />with all <br />lot within a <br />a water supply and <br />adequate to <br />use or subdivision <br />applicable <br />County Health Department. <br />Notwithstanding the above provisions, water supply <br />and sewage treatment systems shall be limited to <br />individual wells and on -site septic tank systems or <br />individual on -site alternative disposal systems. <br />"On- site" shall mean that no new treatment system <br />will be permitted where effluent disposal occurs on <br />a separate lot from the source of wastewater <br />generation. Repair systems are permitted on a <br />separate lot provided the Orange County Health <br />Department certifies that: <br />1. The residence or use has a failing system, and <br />2. There is not a suitable location for a repair <br />system on the same lot As the residence or <br />use. <br />The use of community alternative wastewater <br />disposal systems and public water and sewer service <br />is restricted as specified in Article 6.15.2.a. of <br />this Ordinance.
