Attach 8 <br />Department recommendation. The costs of processing <br />these subdivisions through the major subdivision <br />process is high, both to the applicant and to the <br />County. <br />Applicant costs include increased fees, more costs <br />for plat preparation, and time (at least 4 months). <br />Costs to the County include staff time for agenda <br />preparation and meeting attendance, Planning Board /BOCC <br />meeting time, and administrative costs for review, <br />copying, and preparation of minutes. <br />Recommended Changes: Allow the creation of up to 10 lots through the <br />minor subdivision process. Planning Department <br />review procedures can be adjusted as needed. <br />J� <br />
