23 <br />Attachment # 7 <br />EXISTING AND PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: <br />III -C. Avnroval Procedures for Minor Subdivision <br />III -C -1. Concept Plan Annroval <br />Prior to the submission of the Final Plat, the subdivider may -+-� <br />submit to the Planning Department two (2) copies of the <br />Concept Plan of the proposed minor subdivision. If submitted <br />the Concept Plan shall be prepared in accordance with the <br />specifications for Concept Plan drawings as set forth in <br />Section V -B of this Ordinance. <br />The Concept Plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Department which shall review the Concept Plan for general <br />compliance with the requirements of this Ordinance and the <br />Zoning Ordinance, if applicable, and shall advise the <br />subdivider or his /her authorized agent of the regulations <br />pertaining to the proposed subdivision, of any changes <br />required in order to comply with the provisions of this <br />Ordinance, and the procedures to be followed --.n the <br />preparation and submission of the Final Plat. <br />The Planning Department shall complete its review of the <br />Concept Plan within fourteen (14) days of submission by the <br />applicant. One (1) copy of the Concept Plan shall be <br />retained by the Planning Department, and one (1) copy shall <br />be returned to the subdivider or his /her authorized agent. <br />Submittal of a Concept Plan is not mandatory, yet is <br />advisable in most cases particularly where access easements <br />are needed. The Concept Plan review can reveal any aspects <br />of the Rrolect which are inconsistent with standards of the <br />Subdivision Re lations. Complete information on what will <br />be required for Final Plat aDDroval can be provided zhrouch <br />the Conce t Plan review, allowing reconsideration or redesign <br />of the ro'ect prior to significant investment. <br />ORDINANCE REVIEW SUBCOMMITTEE: The Ordinance Review Committee <br />recommends approval of the proposed amendment. <br />PLANNING BOARD REVIEW: <br />BOCC REVIEW: <br />
