Comments from Co. Attorney regarding this. agenda <br />format, and attached sample transmittal letter for <br />documents to be reviewed. <br />C. Declaration of Development Restrictions - discuss <br />format, procedures for preparation. Does Co. <br />Attorney need to approve a Declaratio for each manor <br />and major subdivision? May need to schedule special <br />session for this topic. <br />D. Instructional Brochure (for public) on Road <br />Maintenance Agreements including the steps they need <br />to go through to get an agreement prepared. Would be <br />helpful to schedule a staff training session on this <br />subject. <br />
