5 <br />STATUS <br />To be implemented in May or June of 1990. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Each Commissioner to receive packet as a separate attachment. <br />AC-TI-ON-3 TROUBLESHOOTING <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION <br />Meetings are scheduled every other Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. and include the County Manager, <br />Planning Director, County Attorney and /or the Current Planning Division Head. The purpose <br />of these meetings is to improve public service by resolving difficult issues before they become <br />a problem. <br />STATUS <br />First meeting was held on Wednesday, March 14. Meetings have been ongoing. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Attachment # 4 - Description of meetings and schedule (memo). <br />ACTION 4 .,BROCHURES <br />BRIEF DESCRLPTION /PURPOSE <br />Brochures explaining services provided by the Planning and Inspections Department are <br />available to all citizens. Brochures include House Numbers, Building Permits, Mobile Homes, <br />Home Occupation Permits, Septic Systems, Erosion Control Permits, Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendments, Major Subdivisions, Minor Subdivisions, Variance Requests, and Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendments. <br />STATUS <br />Brochures are now being distributed to the public. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Set of Brochures distributed to each Commissioner as a separate attachment. <br />2 <br />
