The Arts Commission is the official county -wide <br />advisory body on the arts. It's primary goals are: (1) to serve as the Local Distributing <br />Agency for state Grassroots grant funds for Orange County; (2) serve as a "clearing- <br />house for information on the arts; (3) facilitate the development of self - sustaining <br />arts programs; and (4) advise the Board of County Commissioners on matters involving <br />the arts. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Approve as presented. <br />
