Mr. Hoyle Ring <br />March 14, 1990 <br />Page Two <br />41 <br />Section 6.16.7 'Storage of Junked or Wrecked Motor vehicles <br />The storage of junked or wrecked motor vehicles is specifically <br />prohibited in all residential districts. This section does not <br />apply to any motor vehicle in an enclosed building which building <br />conforms to applicable building code and zoning regulations or <br />which building lawfully exists as a non - conforming use under <br />applicable building code and zoning regulations. <br />DEFINITION: Junked or wrecked-Motor Vehicles - Motor vehicles <br />which do not display a current license plate or a current regis- <br />tration sticker and which do not display a current inspection <br />sticker issued by or in the same state as the license plate or <br />registration sticker and which either: (a) are partially <br />dismantled or wrecked, or (b) cannot be self- propelled or moved in <br />a manner in which originally intended to move. <br />Conditions under which activity may be resumed: <br />Section 23.2(d) ...all work on the site of the violation shall <br />cease, except those activities necessary to bring the site into <br />compliance with the Orange County zoning Ordinance. <br />Stop Work Order placards are being placed on your property. <br />Failure to stop work as required is a violation of the above <br />mentioned ordinance, and constitutes a misdemeanor. All violations <br />will be referred to the County Attorney. <br />This Stop Work Order may be appealed to the Orange County Board of <br />Adjustment if the request for'said appeal is received within 30 <br />days of the date of this notice. <br />Marvin E.
