RECOMMENDATION: Manager recommends that Article 23. Violations, <br />Penalties, and Remedies now be applied subjecting the <br />offender to a civil penalty of $100 for each day's <br />continuing violation. Each day the violation <br />continues is considered to be a separate violation. <br />Mr. King's property has not been in compliance since <br />the deadline of Monday, March 26, 1990. Manager <br />recommends that civil penalties be assessed beginning <br />on Tuesday, March 27, 1990. This entails Board of <br />County Commissioners' making written demand for <br />payment upon the person responsible for the <br />violations. <br />.1 <br />
