5 <br />Planning Department shall also consider the general <br />suitability of the land for development to avoid <br />unnecessary expense in the redesign of acceptable <br />subdivision proposals. The Planning Department <br />shall review the proposal for compatibility with <br />the Orange County Comprehensive Plan and, in <br />particular, determine if proposed sites for schools <br />and other public /private facilities are to be <br />reserved and /or provided. <br />W.L- ,n fn= 4Ws- 44.54 The Plannina De artment <br />shall com lete its review of the Concept Plan <br />within twenty -one (21� days of the date of <br />acceptance of the Concept Plan or within such <br />further time consented to in writing by the <br />applicant. The Planning Department shall submit to <br />the Planning Board a written analysis of the <br />Concept Plan and its recommendation at the first <br />regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board <br />followina the expiration of the 21-day period. If <br />the Planning Department fails to prepare a report <br />to the Planning Board within the specified time <br />period, or extension thereof, the Concept Plan is <br />recommended without conditions. <br />ORDINANCE REVIEW SUBCOMMITTEE: 12/20/89 <br />The Ordinance Review Committee acknowledged the problem with <br />the existing time limits and recommended approval of the <br />amendment. <br />PLANNING BOARD REVIEW: 3/19/90 <br />The Planning Board recommended approval of the amendment as <br />revised to allow 21 days for review of the project and for <br />preparation for the Planning Board meeting. <br />
