t.� <br />A coordinated effort to support projects within Orange <br />County increases the likelihood of specific projects <br />being included in the TIP, particularly when <br />improvement needs are great and funding sources <br />limited. <br />RECOMONDATION: Authorize Commission Chair or designee to attend <br />Transportation Improvements Program hearing and speak <br />in support of improvement needs identified by <br />municipalities as well as those identified by the <br />County. The Administration also recommends that the <br />attached resolution approved by the commissioners on <br />March 5, 1990 be submitted as part of the public <br />hearing record. <br />DK10:TIP90.DOC <br />
