E <br />PLAN OF ACTION <br />Short Term <br />3 <br />A. Prepare a Feasibility Proposal involving the leasing of <br />senior center space for a three year period (a new <br />Southern Orange Government Center including senior space <br />will not be constructed before then), as well as necessary <br />center personnel, proposed services (both group and <br />individual activities and services) and cost sharing <br />arrangements. <br />Completed by May 1, 1990 <br />B. Hold Public Meeting on Proposal <br />Review findings and if positive pursue rental of <br />space, renovations, and staffing. <br />Long Term <br />C. Study Long Term plans of the County and Town for <br />meeting the range of services needed by Chapel Hill <br />elderly. <br />D.
