' 2/19/90 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />' TO: All Eligible Orange County Schools Instructional/ <br />0 Instructional Support Staff, and Administrators <br />FROM: orange County Schools Senate Bill 2 Differentiated <br />Pay Committee <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 14, 1990 <br />RE: VOTING PROCEDURES /GUIDELINES <br />The following procedures /guidelines for the vote set for <br />February 28, 1990 were approved by the Orange County Schools <br />Board of Education on February 13, 1990. <br />1. Official Ballot Boxes will be used for the Vote" <br />(the Orange County Board of Elections has agreed to <br />provide Ballot Boxes); <br />2. Official Ballots reflecting the Orange County <br />Schools Plan for Differentiated Pay options will be <br />printed by Coleman's Office Supply and Printing Company <br />on bond colored paper; <br />3. Votes will be conducted at eight (8) precincts <br />(each of the school sites and one (1) at the Central <br />Office); <br />4. The Principal or his designee will be the official <br />Registrar for the vote at their respective schools <br />- and the Superintendent or his designee will be the <br />official Registrar for the Central Office; <br />5. The two (2) categories of persons eligible to <br />participate in both votes are defined as follows: <br />(1) Teachers: Certified Instructional Staff and <br />Certified Instructional Support Staff, <br />(2) Administrators: Principals, Assistant Principals, <br />Superintendents and eligible Central Office staff; <br />6. Instructional Staff and Instructional Support <br />Staff will vote at their base school, (separate <br />precinct); Principals, Assistant Principals, <br />Superintendents and eligible Central Office staff <br />will vote at the Central Office (separate precinct); <br />
