2/19/90 <br />Throughout the differentiated pay subcommittee meetings <br />and from input received from the individual schools, an <br />overwhelming desire to maintain bonus payments as the number <br />one priority was evident. A different salary schedule was <br />proposed accordingly. <br />Further we recommend the following: <br />--The eventual reduction of the Career Development <br />Staff. <br />-That the differentiated salary bonus be related to <br />the school districts achievement of student <br />performance goals. <br />-The elimination of career development funded summer <br />school. <br />-That any Career Development Status bonus will <br />continue to be paid on a monthly basis. <br />-That 1990 -1991 be the year of application for <br />Career Status III. <br />-That the 1989 -1990 consensus /summative will be used <br />for the one time fast tracking option in the 1990- <br />1991 school year. <br />
