To walk the ground and view or <br /> enter buildings with a special tie to the past allows history be told authentically. Orange County <br /> is one of the ancient counties of NC. As a mother county Orange history is critical to <br /> understanding huge swathes of NC. Recognition and preservation of historic sites is a major <br /> key to that understanding for the current and future generations.
