We just became aware of the Assistance Program and thus the reason for <br /> the tardiness of the submission. We respectfully ask the county to give consideration to Ms. <br /> Rosemond's application. She is living at home and requires costly around the clock in-home assistance. <br /> After being retired since 1988, her life savings has depleted.
