ATTACHMENT 3 <br /> 53 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Section 5311 (ADTAP), 5310, 5339, 5307 and applicable State funding, or combination thereof. <br /> This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed Orange County Community <br /> Transportation Program Application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> no later than November 3, 2017. The public hearing will be held on October 17, 2017 at 7:00 pm before <br /> the Orange County Board of County Commissioners at Southern Human Services Center at 2501 <br /> Homestead Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. <br /> Those interested in attending the public hearing and needing either auxiliary aids and services under the <br /> Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or a language translator should contact Peter Murphy on or before <br /> October 16, 2017, at telephone number 919.245.2002 or via email at pmurphy©orangecountync.gov. <br /> The Community Transportation Program provides assistance to coordinate existing transportation <br /> programs operating in Orange County as well as provides transportation options and services for the <br /> communities within this service area. These services are currently provided using fixed, demand <br /> response, deviated fixed, and subscription routes.
