The adjustment includes an increase in the County Attorney's annual leave rate <br /> accrual. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact for the Attorney amendment. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br /> with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Chair recommends the Board approve and authorize the Chair <br /> to sign the amendment to the Employment Agreement. <br />
