Orange Unified Transportation Board —Appointments <br /> 24 The Board considered making appointments to the Orange Unified Transportation <br /> 25 Board. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Deferred —Appointment to a second full term (position #3) "Cedar Grove Township" for Ed <br /> 28 Vaughn expiring 09/30/2020. • <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Commissioner Marcoplos said that Mr. Vaughn has only attended 3 out of the last 10 <br /> 31 meetings of this board. <br /> 32 Donna Baker said that the support staff has not sent any concerns to her office about <br /> 33 his attendance; but she will follow up, and this particular appointment can be brought back to <br /> 34 the Board at a later date. <br /> 35 The Board agreed by consensus to defer this appointment to a later date. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> 38 appoint Brantley Wells to a second full term (position #6) "Hillsborough Township" expiring <br /> 39 09/30/2020. • <br /> 40 <br /> 41 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 42 <br /> 43 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> 44 appoint to a second full term (position #8) "At-Large" -Art Menius expiring 09/30/2020. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 47 <br /> 48 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> 49 appoint to a first full term (position #9) "At-Large" -- Jenn Sykes expiring 09/30/2020. <br /> 50 <br />
