Amendment Outline Form and Schedule— Expansion of Hillsborough Area Economic <br /> 19 Development District <br /> 20 The Board initiated amendments to the Town of Hillsborough/Orange County Central Orange <br /> 21 Coordinated Area Land Use Plan, the Orange County Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use <br /> 22 Map, and the Orange County Zoning Atlas. These amendments would define the allowable land <br /> 23 uses in the recently expanded portion of the Hillsborough Economic Development District, south <br /> 24 of Interstate 40 in the vicinity of Old Highway 86. These items are planned for Board <br /> 25 consideration at the November 2017 BOCC Quarterly Public Hearing. <br /> 26 o. Expansion of the Hours During Which Alcohol May be Sold on Sundays <br /> 27 The Board approved a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, authorizing the sale of <br /> 28 alcohol beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays. <br /> 29 p. Repeal of the Educational Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance <br /> 30 The Board adopted an ordinance and a resolution to repeal the Educational Facilities Impact <br /> 31 Fee Ordinance, in accordance with current State laws, and authorize the Chair to sign. <br /> 32 q. Health Department Fee Schedule Change <br /> 33 The Board approved a request from the Health Department that the Board adopt a Personal <br /> 34 Health fee approved by the Board of Health at its August 23, 2017 meeting. <br /> 35 r. Performance Agreement Between the Town of Chapel Hill and Visitors Bureau <br /> 36 The Board approved the 2017-18 performance agreement between the Town of Chapel Hill and <br /> 37 the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 9. County Manager's Report <br /> 40 Bonnie Hammersley said the BOCC has a work session on September 7th at the <br /> 41 Southern Human Services Center. <br /> 42 Donna Baker said there will be a closed session at the beginning of that meeting. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 10.
