Amendment Outline Form and Schedule — Expansion of Hillsborough Area Economic <br /> 11 Development District <br /> 12 The Board considered initiating amendments to the Town of Hillsborough/Orange County <br /> 13 Central Orange Coordinated Area Land Use Plan, the Orange County Comprehensive Plan <br /> 14 Future Land Use Map, and the Orange County Zoning Atlas. These amendments would define <br /> 15 the allowable land uses in the recently expanded portion of the Hillsborough Economic <br /> 16 Development District, south of Interstate 40 in the vicinity of Old Highway 86. These items are <br /> 17 planned for Board consideration at the November 2017 BOCC Quarterly Public Hearing. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Commissioner Jacobs said there was a public conversation about this, and putting it in <br /> 20 the consent agenda now slips it past the public.
