Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Amendment Outline and Schedule—Jordan <br /> 30 Lake Nutrient Rules <br /> 31 The Board considered approving process components and schedule for government <br /> 32 initiated amendments to the UDO to remove the Jordan Lake Nutrient Rules and references <br /> 33 related to Jordan Lake stormwater quality, in accordance with current State laws. <br /> 34 Commissioner Jacobs said this was written with much sanitized language, and he said it <br /> 35 should be made clear that this was forced on the County, and it is inconsistent with its values. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 38 approve the process components and schedule for government initiated amendments to the <br /> 39 UDO to remove the Jordan Lake Nutrient Rules and references related to Jordan Lake <br /> 40 stormwater quality, in accordance with current State laws. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 43 m. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and Zoning Atlas Amendment Outline — <br /> 44 Flood Damage Prevention Regulations and Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) Overlay <br /> 45 District <br /> 46 The Board approved process components and schedule for an upcoming government-initiated <br /> 47 Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and Zoning Atlas amendments updating existing flood <br /> 48 damage prevention regulations and eliminating the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) Overlay <br /> 49 District. <br />
