16. CSMC will move all cardboard and other recyclables from office areas and <br /> deposit them into the designated recyclable dumpsters. <br /> 17. CSMC will be required to provide insurance as follows: (a) Workers' <br /> Compensation specific to the applicable statutory requirements for the work to be <br /> performed; (b) Employer's Liability Insurance of not less than $1,000,000 each <br /> accident/employee/disease; (c) Commercial General Liability Insurance having an <br /> available limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 in the aggregate <br /> for contractual liability,personal injury, bodily injury to or death of persons, <br /> and/or loss of use or damage to property; (d) Commercial/Business Automobile <br /> Liability Insurance (including owned, non-owned or hired autos)having an <br /> available limit of at least $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury, death, <br /> property damage, with any fellow employee exclusion removed, and contractual <br /> liability; and (e)Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance with available limits of at <br /> least $1,000,000 per occurrence and follow form of the underlying Employer's <br /> Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance, and provide at least the same <br /> scope of coverages thereunder. <br /> 18. CSMC will regularly provide to CHCCS a list of all contract personnel working <br /> in each location. <br /> 19. The School District supports payment of a living wage to custodial contract <br /> workers who are permanent employees of the CSMC and who work 30 or more <br /> hours per week on average. Each CSMC is requested to submit a main bid and/or <br /> an alternate bid to pay such workers at least the living wage set by the Orange <br /> County Living Wage Certification Team. The 2017 living wage is $13.15 per <br /> hour for employees who do not receive health insurance and $11.65 per hour for <br /> employees who receive health insurance. The projected 2018 living wage is <br /> $13.75 per hour for employees who do not receive health insurance and $12.25 <br /> for employees who receive health insurance. The Orange County Living Wage <br /> Certification Team reports that the 2018 figure is subject to "slight" change <br /> 20. Regularly scheduled meetings will be established with the contractors and <br /> designated School District staff. Site inspections will be performed and <br /> information will be exchanged regarding any issues that require attention. <br /> 21. The contractor will provide nightly supervision ensuring that all sites are properly <br /> cleaned, work crews are present and performing their duties, and facilities are <br /> locked when work is complete. <br /> 22. The selection of the contractor's supervisor will be finalized after school district <br /> staff have been informed and have interviewed the candidate. <br /> 23.
