6. CSMC contract working hours are from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm on weekdays. <br /> Any weekend work or deviation from these working hours must receive prior <br /> approved by the Facilities Management Office. CSMC will provide the district <br /> with a timed schedule of when cleaning services will be provided so lighting and <br /> air systems can be scheduled. <br /> 7. For the purpose of the bids, it can be assumed that 90% of the floor area is hard <br /> surface and 10%is carpet. <br /> 8. CSMC must provide all equipment required to perform cleaning specifications <br /> and provide a list of said equipment. The contract MUST include providing walk <br /> behind autoscrubbers at each location that will be used for the daily autoscrub of <br /> hard surface floors. <br /> 9. The district will require detailed information regarding the number and identity of <br /> CSMC staff and proposed hours of operation. Employee background checks are <br /> required for all CSMC staff in compliance with the State of North Carolina's <br /> Lunsford Act. <br /> 10. The CSMC will use only Green Seal Certified products, with the exception of <br /> disinfectants. Disinfectants must be non-chlorine bleach. The CSMC will <br /> provide a list of all products to the district. Environmentally responsible cleaning <br /> supplies and processes are preferable. <br /> 11. CSMC will be responsible for securing the site at the end of each shift. <br /> Responsibilities are to include, but not limited to the closing and locking of all <br /> interior and exterior doors, turn-off lights, and close windows. <br /> 12. All problems and/or damage to the facility are to be promptly reported directly to <br /> the principal or the principal's designee. <br /> 13. CSMC is required to maintain an onsite MSDS binder for all chemicals used in <br /> the cleaning process. CSMC will provide the district central office with all <br /> MSDS at the commencement of the contract. <br /> 14. Cleaning services are required for twelve months. Special project work is to be <br /> performed during summer months when the building is being prepared for the <br /> ensuing school year or during winter break in December. Summer school <br /> programs, community use of facilities, and/or capital improvements, may impact <br /> special project work; therefore, special project activities must be coordinated with <br /> Facilities Management. <br /> 15.
