Provided status of discussions <br /> with Durham regarding the <br /> Reported back to the property owners an specific extension of public utilities into <br /> questions generated at first meeting. the Eno EDD, <br /> 2. Provided water and sewer <br /> Asked for citizen volunteers for the Small Area rates and information. <br /> Plan Task Force and suggested the following 3. Reviewed existing permitted <br /> make-up: uses. <br /> 4, Explained EDD buffer <br /> • Orange County Commissioner regulations and how they <br /> • Durham City Council member impact specific parcels, <br /> • EDC member 5. Established list of citizen <br /> • Orange County Planning Board member volunteers. <br /> • 4 property/business owners 6, Minutes from the meeting <br /> were promptly mailed to all <br /> ro ert owners. <br />06/27/2006 County Board of Commissioners review: County Board of Commissioners <br /> approves the request to continue <br /> Staff presents the County Board of Commissioners community meetings and develop <br /> with a schedule of events far review and approval. a process far preparation of a <br /> Small Area Plan for the Eno EDD. <br />
